Common questions
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete all data. This permanently erases all baby profiles, logs, and your account from both your device and our cloud servers. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
How do I cancel my Lani+ subscription?
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lani+ → Cancel. Android: Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lani+ → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I share with my partner?
You'll need a Lani+ subscription. Then in the app: Settings → Lani+ → Partner Sharing. One person creates the family and shares the pair code with the other; the other person enters it on their device. Logs sync in real time afterwards.
I'm getting a sync issue / lost data
Email us with: a screenshot of the issue, when it started, whether you're on iOS or Android, and whether Partner Sharing is enabled. We can usually trace lost data through Supabase logs and recover it within 24-48 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play refund process.
